Laughter is the best medicine comedy event, featuring Tom Cotter, first comedian to ever reach the finals of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.” This year’s event will highlight Gabby’s spirit of laughter with the comedy act and interactive Q&A session with Tom Cotter.
Recall the sense of isolation you and your family felt at the peak of the COVID-19 crisis when you were stuck at home and couldn’t go anywhere. Now…imagine being isolated in a single hospital room. That is the daily reality for our Bags of Fun kids. Laughter IS the best medicine! This event will fund the remainder of Bags of Fun for 2020 – 200 BAGS!
- Join us for a unique, interactive virtual event. Including comedy, Q&A with Tom Cotter, silent auction and our signature sponsor a Bag paddle raise.
- Event link will be posted on this website and on all of our social media channels.
- Silent Auction will be live on September 28th. Look for an invite to participate and receive your bidder number.

Gabby, the inspiration of the Bags of Fun program, died of brain cancer on September 28, 2004. 16 years later, we celebrate the 16th Bring Out the Bags, bringing together families to play and be silly while raising funds for Bags of Fun to bring the same laughter, joy and relief to children in the fight of their lives.
